How long will my order take?

We schedule your item for production at the time of ordering. Depending on the numbers of orders ahead of you production time could take several weeks.

Do you give discounts?

From time to time, we will run a promotion and offer a %off discount.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes, our e-gift cards are available through our store page. Our wooden gift cards are available online as well as in person.

Do you deliver?

We are happy to offer free delivery of our custom ordered furniture items to our local surrounding area. 30-minutes to a 2-hour drive from the shop will incur a slight delivery fee. Outside of that we will gladly discuss shipping or freight arrangements with you. All other items are available for in person pick-up or shipping for an additional fee.

What is your shipping method?

Depending on the size of your item purchased we can arrange shipping via USPS, UPS, FedEx or a larger freight process. Shipping costs incur an additional fee to your order.

What forms of currency do you accept?

Our invoicing system can process credit or debit card and ACH bank transactions. We also accept crypto through Coinbase Commerce. And as always cash payments are always gladly accepted.

How long will my order take?

We schedule your order for shipping within a 2–5-day timeframe. Most candle or accessory items will ship within 2 days. Your fresh roasted coffee and tea items will ship within 5 days once item has been roasted and packaged per your order instructions.
